So important to have a plan for self care. This is one I saw on Tumblr, and I thought it was just right.
It’s ok if you don’t draw, just a write a list and tape it up where you’ll see it. Remind yourself that this moment must eventually pass. These are the things you need to see it through. Nothing is required, it is important to do what comforts you. And as soon as you can move again, perhaps you can help someone else!

1. PRAY and READ– Spend time talking with God and calming the nerves
2. HUG – What you love
3. LISTEN – To comforting Music
4. WRITE – Of course
5. DRINK – TEA!
