A Vision and a Purpose

On Thursday, my sister friend and her husband came by to see me.  It was great, I hadn’t seen  seen her since before 2012 and I hadn’t seen him since their wedding 14 years ago.  She asked me what I was working on and I had to admit – I wasn’t really working on anything.   I have the words, but nothing else, not the structure, not the path.  I boiled it down to just not wanting to do it, but I heard the pastor say something this weekend which made so much sense.

If you don’t have a vision, you don’t have a purpose, and if you don’t have a purpose, you don’t have much of anything.  The Bible says, without a vision, the people perish.

I need a vision and a purpose to mold these words onto. I dont want to perish. Any advice?
